Just like his mamma!

Weston had his 4 month check up this week. He's doing great! He's still our tall little fella - in the 86th percentile for height. His current weight is 15 pounds - in the 60th percentile.

The big news of the visit is that we get to fatten him up by starting him on rice cereal. I'm happy to say that Weston shares his mamma's love of food! He did great eating and hopefully this will lead to many rolls of lil fat!

Here's a 30 second clip of him eating. You can hear Holton in the back talking about how he wants to the Eater Bunny to bring him chocolate. Hey, we all have our priorities!

You look good in pictures!

Other than Baby Weston, what is the best present I got last year? A new fancy smancy camera! Adam surprised me after one of his business trips with one of those big Nikon cameras.

We have already gotten so much use out of it. You just can't take enough pics of your kids, right? This is one of the first pictures Adam took. Look at him trying to be all artistic. And look at Baby Weston's cute little cheeks and mouth.

Anyhoo, this new camera will certainly help our blog. Good bye fuzzy, shady pics.

Finally a Christmas update

I know I'm exceptionally late with our Christmas update! I'm now back at work and it's hard to find the time to update the family blog, but I will get better...I promise!

So we started Weston's very first Christmas at my parents' house. That means we got to hang out with sweet little Sutton! Check out the babies in their best Christmas gear.

Holton was very anxious to open presents!

We then headed to East Texas to spend Christmas with Adam's mom, Vali, and the rest of the Double S crew!

Holton kept his Uncle Patrick busy putting together all his new toys.

This was the first time Adam's Grandma, Patsy, was able to meet Weston

Our boys!

Vali got Holton the Buzz Lightyear toy he wanted. He was VERY happy.

Check out our adorable little Santa!

We wrapped up Christmas at our home with Nana, Papa and John. Holton was thrilled to have them all at our house.

Happy New Year! I will be better about updating in 2011!

Is he already 3 months?

Weston is 3 months old today! I can't believe how fast the time goes! In just a couple weeks I'll be back at work and missing my little baby baby. Wouldn't it be great to hit the pause button on life sometimes?

He's doing really great and he loves to give us the best smiles.

And he's getting the cutest little chubby rolls! He currently weighs 14 pounds.

We love our baby baby!

Our first school performance!

Last week we went to Holton's school to watch him sing Christmas songs with his friends. I was so proud when they all came out...I even had tears had in my eyes. Adam said afterward that as much as we pay for that school they could have had the kids on some type of platform/stage so we could see them better. Ha!

As you can see Holton refused to wear the red paint on his nose. He was quite proud of that!

Yep, she's 4 and plays the violin! She didn't even need the music in front of her. She was too cute.

Doesn't seem like Holton was too impressed with that little gal

Baby Baby Weston was proud of his big brother

We caught Holton talking to the ladies...made his dad proud.

Finally he gives us a smile!

Heading back to class. Bye Holton!

Too late for Thanksgiving?

I am so behind on updating my blog! I'm just trying to soak up all the extra time with baby Weston before I go back to work. But, I still wanted to post about our first Thanksgiving as a family of four.

We started off at Nana and Papa's house with several of the King family members. It was great to see Roy and Yvonne and all the kids. Holton was in hog heaven to be able to play with his cousins.

Baby Weston was full of the holiday spirit. He was very happy to be in the pack & play.

A group shot that includes Chris & Kristen's sweet little boy Charlie. He is so dang cute!!

And here is Holton showing off his "muscles"

Thanksgiving Day we headed over to Patrick and Amanda's house. Amanda really knows how to host a get together! I'm telling you, she our very own Marthat Stewart. Check out the kid's table she set up. Too cute!

Sweet little Sutton was all decked out in her Thanksgiving dress. Patrick is one proud dad!

Kiersten loved watching over the babies! Too bad she lives 4 hours away.

It was so great to spend the day with my mom & dad and Amanda's family. Amanda's mom, Cindy, ooooooohhhhh my can that gal cook!! Her dressing is now a Thanksgiving staple. Hate to wait a whole year for that!

I'll try to post some more pics of our boys before Christmas! It will be here before you know it. Gotta wrap up the shopping.

No pressure

Is it too early to start thinking about what college our boys will attend? Hmmm...well if they need help choosing a school, maybe we can help.

You see my brother went to Oklahoma State University and I was really taken with the campus, the people and the school spirit. And on Adam's side, his Grandpa Wes and Grandmother Patsy also attended OSU. So, there is some family history there.

Our little niece Sutton was recently all decked out in her OSU gear. Check out that cute bow and dress!

So again, no pressure on picking a school boys!
